Lottie (Hanus) Skowron, 98, was born May 19, 1917 to Karolina (Miskowiec) and Andrew Hanus in Chicago, IL. She was the wife of the late Edward L. Skowron. She was the mother of Ernest (Michaele Wapole) Skowron, Anita (the late Richard) Baranczuk, and Gwen (Edward) Rys. She was the grandmother of Jennifer Skowron (Donald) Szczesniak, R. Christopher (Alicia Miller) Baranczuk, Andrea Skowron (Daniel) O’Brien, and Beth Ann Baranczuk Brubeck. She was the great grandmother to Zachary and Luke Szczesniak, Ethan and Ashley Baranczuk, Maura and William O’Brien, Andrew and Nicholas Brubeck. She was the sister of the late Mary “Mamie” (the late Theodore) Beneski, the late Eleanor Urbanski (the late Walter) Putzler (the late Irwin), the late Casimir (the late Rose), the late Genevieve “Jean” (the late Carl) Federer, and the late Chester (Marjorie “Chizz”). She was the sister-in-law of the late Marion “Murph” (the late Betty) Skowron, the late Chester Skowron, the late Anastatia “Nettie” (the late Joseph) Tatka, the late Irene (the late Edward) Adams, the late Florence Skowron, and Dolores (the late Chester) Pokusa. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews. She cherished the care of Elizabeth Ladero, Kristine Bartolome, Edith Hildago, and Maricruz Arcos.
